CAT TREE

Description

I have a 72inch high cat tree .
I bought it for my cat about 4 months ago from Chewy.com and paid $70 for it brand new.
She could careless about it but, she is an older cat.
It comes with 12 cat scratching post , 7 landings, 3 attached toys, and 2 cubby holes. I will be adding 11 cat toys for free.
It’s bug free and clean.
Would be willing to sell for $70 I paid for it OR trade for a full size bug free and clean artificial Christmas tree.
I want the tree more than the money.
Will only meet in Brownstown.
It would be taken down and in pieces with instruction book and tools to put it back together.
Only because, it would be easier for me to move without people I don’t know, coming to my house.
